Born and raised in Irmo, South Carolina, I have deep roots in the Columbia and Lake Murray communities and an even deeper love for the people who call this area home. Guided by my faith, I strive to keep my priorities in the right order, which include Jesus first, then family, then career. While that balance hasn’t always been perfect, it has taught me the beauty of boundaries, growth, and trusting God’s timing in every season of life.
Before real estate, I spent 17 years as a dental hygienist, a career built on trust, relationships, and service. I loved caring for my patients, listening to their stories, and connecting people who needed one another. That heart for serving others naturally led me to real estate, where homes are not just properties, they’re the backdrop for life’s biggest moments. I earned my real estate license in 2017, initially thinking it would be a side hustle, but God had bigger plans. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a calling.
Real estate allows me to do what I love every single day: connect with people, serve with integrity, and walk alongside my clients during meaningful transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping buyers. From the age of six, I’ve always been the person to knock on the new neighbor’s door and introduce myself. Honestly, that hasn’t changed.
I specialize in the Irmo, Chapin, and Lake Murray areas, and with over $42 million in career sales, my local knowledge and strong relationships often open doors before homes ever hit the market!
Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is my family. My husband, Paul, is my constant support, always encouraging me and grounding our family through every season of life. Our son, Leyton, runs track for Western Carolina University, pursuing his passion with discipline and determination, while our daughter, Blair, is a varsity cheerleader at Dutch Fork High and my favorite person to curl up with for a cozy movie night. Our two dogs complete our family and are truly our babies. I’m also honored to serve on the Dutch Fork High School Hall of Fame Committee and to support organizations such as Oliver Gospel Mission, reflecting my deep belief in leading with compassion, understanding, and grace.
If you’re looking for a Real Estate Agent who truly knows the area, values relationships over transactions, and will advocate for you with honesty and heart, I would be honored to serve you. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a place full of memories, or simply exploring what’s next, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. A referral or repeat client is the greatest compliment I could ever receive and what I strive for in every relationship.
